CRRC India Private Limited is a holding subsidiary of CRRC Nanjing Puzhen CO., LTD., jointly held by CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Co., LTD., Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric CO., LTD., CRRC Sifang Institute CO., LTD., and CRRC Qishuyan Institute CO., LTD.
The registration of CRRC India is completed on 17th December, 2019. The investment is approx. INR 3.5 billion, and the Authorized Capital of the company is INR 200 crores. The factory is located in Sri City Industrial Zone in Andhra Pradesh, total land area is 45.3 acres, and another 22 acres.
